How do I order?
Via our website – just follow the easy prompts. Add products to your cart and then proceed to checkout. We have an easy to use, secure 3 step checkout process.
- Select postage method and enter your address.
- Enter your payment method.
- Confirm your order.
Orders within Australia ONLY
What about deliveries?
- Shipping within Australia is $10 (Australia ONLY).
- Orders over $50 are shipped FREE (retail orders only).
- You will receive your goods within 5-10 working days after receiving payment.
- All items will be sent by Australia post. If you are not home when items are delivered they will be left for collection at your local post office. A calling card will be left to notify you.
- Please contact us if you haven't received your goods and we will chase it up for you.
Delivery
Delivery may take up to 5-10 days from confirmation of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 days from payment date before emailing, as we will only ship after funds have cleared in our account.
If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us by email contact@petsnacks.com.au and we will chase it up for you.
Pricing
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery & handling charges. These costs are additional to the listed product price.
Sold out items
If an item you have ordered is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you to organise another product, put your order on back order (if it is due in within a few days) or organise a refund/exchange.
How do I pay?
Credit card: You can pay via our secure site with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. You will be issued with a transaction record once payment has been accepted.
Direct banking: You can do this via your financial institution online, over the phone or at a branch. Please enter your invoice number as reference details and if possible notify us so we can look out for your transaction at contact@petsnacks.com.au

Returns policy
Refunds: Products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.
Defective products must be returned to All Natural Pet Treats within (14) fourteen days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability, a similar product or full refund will be offered (excluding freight costs).
